People can be divided into two camps – potato lovers and potato haters. To which camp do you belong?
Did you know that the potato is not a native Indian vegetable? The potato was first grown for food in Peru (South America) and Bolivia (Europe) between 8000 and 5000 BCE. What an ancient vegetable! Today, potato is a staple crop in many countries around the world.
The famous Dutch artist, Vincent Van Gogh even had a painting called The Potato Eaters about a family of peasants at dinner:
I know that even potato-haters loved french fries, which is junk food. Here is a more healthy buttery baked Potato Fan option that also looks like fun. But you must have adult help in slicing the potato as it is shown in this video:
